Clear Safari Cache
Open Settings and tap Apps, then select Safari.
Scroll down and tap Clear History and Website Data.
Choose your preferred timeframe (such as All History) and confirm by tapping Clear History.

Clear Chrome Cache
Open the Google Chrome App
Tap the 3 dots in the bottom right corner
Select Browsing Data.
Set the time range to All Time, check Cached Images and Files, and tap Delete Data.

Residents can now pay online! Please read the below Terms of Service before you get started:

The Housing Authority of the County of Lawrence is excited to announce our new Tenant Portal! Through the portal you will be able to view your balance and make online payment. Please note that there will be the following fees for payment online:

1. Credit/Debit cards – an additional charge of 2.95% of the total payment
2. Bank account – an additional flat rate charge of $1.75

Our ACH automatic withdrawal is still free of charge. The request form is available on the portal.

Please download and complete the form and give to your manager or place in the dropbox located at our main office. Your balance will then be withheld automatically from your checking or savings account on a monthly basis.

As we move forward, we hope to offer additional services via the portal.

After making a payment, please remember to print your receipt or provide an email address to have one emailed to you for your records.
